The video embedded below is a great example of the media industry's black box fallacy (BBF) - a concept referring to the tendency of many to see convergence exclusively in terms of the combination of different media functions within the same device, rather than at the very least additionally understanding its cultural component. The BBF was introduced, if I'm not mistaken, by Henry Jenkins (link to a BBF-related post on his blog) in the context of his convergence culture argument. Anyway, check out the clip if you have not done so already (its making the online rounds)... hilarious.
